After experiencing a deep magnetism toward the topics of emotional intelligence and mental dysfunction during my 30’s, a path of discovery into the world of yoga, meditation and breath practice experimentation began to gain momentum.

Over 10 years of immersion into studies encompassing energy healing, massage and bodyworks, several yoga teacher training courses, various meditation styles, and countless other workshops, I began to uncover a clear vision into the powerful grounding and healing potential that resides in the simple yet deeply empowering act of breathing and meditation.

In 2015, a vision for Zen to the Zenith Sanctuary was born with the intention to create a research centre for treatment or healing of mental, emotional and physical ailment and trauma through breath recalibration techniques and meditational practices.

Katharina is a dreamer and visionary. She loves to write and shares her deep passion for nature, healing, and traveling on her blog. As a freelance designer, she doesn’t know any limitations in creativity and expresses her emotions, experiences and dreams in words, colors and movement. Katharina is the designer for all Zenith Sanctuary projects worldwide and manages construction, website, marketing and organization.

After more than a decade of studying different healing modalities, she fuses Ayurveda, somatic practices, Breath and Yoga therapy together with Meditation into a holistic approach to healing taught in retreats and workshops worldwide. Coming from a medical background, she combines science and spirituality using breath, movement and nutrition to create a state of full acceptance of who you truly are to embody self-love as your greatest power.

Jamie joined the first Zenith Sanctuary gathering and Nepal conscious trek back in October 2019.

Jamie’s energy can only be described as deliciously uplifting and inspiring.

Her mission is to share her devoted path to conscious living and dharma fulfilment with the world,  impart the knowledge gathered on her path of self realisation so as to support others on their own journeys.

Jamie stands strong in her wisdom and understanding that the spiritual journey is sacred and meant to be honoured and shared through an open heart.

The empowered energy she exudes in her interactions with life is deeply transpired as she opens space for yogis and students around the world.

Ting Ting began her journey in the science of self healing at an early age. It was through the gateway of Yoga, where she found the power within stillness of the mind and empowerment through the physical postures. Certified in 2013, in the lineage of Sri Vidya- which translates to “the most beautiful Wisdom”- she began guiding others to the stillness and the beauty in within.

2017 she founded a meditation retreat program in Bali Indonesia which focused on silence, inner cleansing, and prolonged meditation practices which incorporated deeply listening to the Wisdom within the Heart

She founded GuānJīng Method in 2019 which is a movement manifestation practice connecting to the intuitive intelligence of the hearts electromagnetic field. These movements mimic the essence of nature which are spiraling circular shapes.

The GuānJīng Method forms and builds mental, emotional and physical resilience in the modern world. This method teaches us to move through life’s challenges with ease and graciousness, to experience life through the radiance of the heart.

Irem began her spiritual journey at a very young age by becoming a yoga student and learning about mindfulness. 

She took psychology courses and combines different approaches and techniques to heal traumas and provide a better understanding of the mind.

Irem’s aim is to achieve and maintain a optimum psychological health and believes in  changing one’s perception of self and past in the most natural and healing way.

When it comes to everyday life, Irem holds a holistic type of understanding, therefore learning about different aspects of life and experiencing new things is what motivates her most.

Today, as a 21 years-old Public Relations and Art Theory student, she contributes to the community as a marketing & PR practitioner and a healer.
